Shipping is generally included in the price of the item if the item is small, 1# or less, and you are in the US or if the item is larger and bulkier, the shipping is generally included if you are in the contiguous 48 states and can thus be reached by UPS or Fed-Ex Ground. International shipping is not included and will be based on your country - please use the contact link below to inquire - be sure to include your address and the item you are interested in. Also, if you require faster shipping, please use the contact link to ask. Downloadable items: After your payment has cleared, you will be sent a download link in your email within 24 hours.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within a reasonable amount of time - within 1 week of your receipt of the item, via the contact form below, and we can setup an RMA. After we receive the returned item in the condition in which it was sent out, we will gladly refund your payment.
