This is a grey IBM 2-button PS/2 ball mouse. Model: 96F9275. IBM FRU Part Number: 96F9258, ASM P/N: 96F9274. It is in good working condition. (well, it works as well as can be expected from a ball mouse!) This would have probably come with one of the old IBM PS2 486 computers.
