This is an old sound card which would have been used in a Pentium II/III system with an PCI local bus. We installed this in our Windows 10 machine and it was detected, but unable to install a driver, so it's sold as-is for a collectible only - the included disc has drivers for Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
It has connectors for:
